• Sister act: After playing music together in their childhood home, Natalie & Brittany Haas made names for themselves in the trad music world — Natalie as a go-to cellist and collaborator with Alasdair Fraser, and Brittany an acclaimed fiddle player working with Darol Anger, Steve Martin and with breakout bluegrass stalwarts Crooked Still. • Parrot power: Carrying on Jimmy Buffett’s brand of trop rock, Changes In Latitudes is a tribute act led by Steve Kareta, who found the role accidentally in 2000 at a wedding afterparty in Hawaii. Friends urged him to do it full-time, and 25 years later Kareta still bops on stage barefoot and smiling to sing “Margaritaville,” “Fins” and “Cheeseburger in Paradise” for Buffett fans.
